Job Type: Door Supervisors
Location: Surrey
Description: Spartan is looking for 3-4 candidates to expand its team in Surrey. All candidates must have a valid SIA license and a minimum of one years experience in the Door Supervision sector (in the UK), be able to demonstrate they have experience working in upmarket venues and are able to provide 5 years working history with personal references. It is vital for this role that you have your own transport
All candidates must have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English and be extremely well presented. Fantastic customer service skills are essential in this role, and if you are not willing to use ‘sir’ or ‘madam’ please do not apply. Duties to include checking fire exits, patrolling the venues, providing general assistance to the management and the security of the venue and the people inside including all associated tasks. All our staff are expected to open doors for clients and greet them with a smile and a ‘Good evening’.
